Using our DocuColor 3535 Printers from Xerox, we can create full color prayer letters, leaving piece brochures, newsletters, post cards, business cards, and thank you cards using the latest in printing technology.

You send us your prayer letter and we will, print, fold, insert, stamp and mail it for you.
We can accept your prayer letters in Publisher, Word, Adobe PDF's or other design programs. If you would like us to do the creative work for you, you can send us your information, graphics and pictures and we will construct a prayer letter for you.*

We can accept your list of ministry partners in Excel, Access, TNT MPD or other database programs.

• We send you an e-mail each month to remind you it's time to send out your letters.
  
• We print your prayer letters with the lastest Color Laser technology.
• We give you a choice of either printing a one sided or a two sided prayer letter.
• We print on 24 lb 92 Bright White Paper and have 16 different colored paper options -- 9 Pastels and 7 Astrobrights. We also can print on 3 different types of cardstock.
• You may include an insert for no additional charge (must fit in # 10 envelope)
• We send all of your prayer letters 1st class, in a hand-stamped, custom-addressed envelope (printed with a color logo or picture) to give them a more personal touch.
  (We can mail outside the United States at the going postal rate.)
  
• You may send as many or as few prayer letters as you would like.
• You may mail as many or as few times a year as you would like.
• We print and mail Monday through Friday.
  

This design fee applies to the following situations:
1. Chalk Line receives your text and your pictures and creates a design from scratch
2. Chalk Line receives your text and your pictures and arranges them in the template we have on file for you from past months

This design fee does not apply to the following situations:
1. Chalk Line receives your letter ready to print
2. Chalk Line receives your letter ready to print except for inserting your pictures (you send your pictures in a separate
e-mail, and Chalk Line inserts the pictures in the marked spaces on your letter)
